Support Engineer

A profitable cybersecurity startup develops a system for embedding advanced biometric authentication techniques into applications. They have two products: a B2B On-Premise system for major banks and insurance companies worldwide, and a SAAS product for smaller companies.

The role involves recruiting a team of 6 support specialists, handling the most challenging issues internally, using Python and working with various cloud platforms. Strong English is required as most clients are international.

The company employs 200 globally, with 100 in Israel, and offers a hybrid work setup. They raised close to $500 million based on a valuation of $2.2 billion.

Requirements-

• 3 years of technical Support engineering experience

• Experience in working with multi-tier and complex applications

• Experience working with ticketing systems such as Salesforce

• Hands on experience in on-prem as well as SaaS customer Support

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

• Service-oriented personality with a can-do attitude

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal English

• BS/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional
