Design Program Manager

Job Description

As a Design Program Manager, you will be part of Wix’s Marketing Studio, working directly under the Head of Design and collaborating closely with all design team leads. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio by working closely with cross-functional teams to identify issues and streamline operations. Your role will be pivotal as the main point of contact for our studio within the company.

• Identify and address operational challenges within the studio, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support design team leads by managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Collaborate with designers, PMMs, and content writers to define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate educational and peer learning sessions for mutual and personal growth.
• Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the studio.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating new ideas and technologies into our design process.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience working with designers and creatives as a Design Program Manager or similar role in a tech company or agency.
• Strong understanding of creative processes, project management methodologies, and the ability to lead complex operational projects.
• Excellent communication, representation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working with project and task management software such as Monday and Google Suite.
