Vice President Research And Development

We are growing and looking for a passionate, tech-savvy, and enthusiastic VP of R&D to join our incredible software development team! This role encompasses technical challenges and the opportunity to lead the production of large-scale applications.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the migration process of legacy systems to the new age technology, which is already in progress.
• Deal with high volumes of traffic and big data.
• Responsible for work methodologies and tools across all disciplines in the R&D and testing units, setting coding and coding review standards, interfaces and hand-over procedures with internal customers, build and release management processes, etc.
• Responsible for the full lifecycle of the product, from planning through development, testing and to supporting the product in production.
• Manage a team of R&D engineers in Israel and Bulgaria

What Skills & Experience you’ll bring to us:

• 3+ years experience as a R&D Team Leader- Must
• Proven track record in managing development flow from conception to deployment, including methodology and deployment procedures.
• Experience designing, building and operating large-scale distributed systems and web services.
• At least 5 years of experience in server-side development with NodeJS and PHP
• At least 5 years of experience in client-side development with React and AngularJS
• Comprehensive knowledge of cloud-based infrastructures (AWS and GCP)
• Excellent communication skills, high energy level, and a can-do attitude.
