Bookkeeper

HyperGuest is looking for a talented and highly motivated Bookkeeper to join the Finance department. As a Bookkeeper, you will play an important role in managing the financial records and transactions of our organization and assist in the preparation of tax authorities reports.

Responsibilities:

• Taking ownership of the monthly accounts receivable process, including invoicing
• Support Month Closing process to Trial Balance
• Accounts Payable/credit card Process end to end, including bank reconciliation
• Assist in preparing the aging reports
• Reporting to tax authorities (VAT, Income Tax, withholding tax/vendors)
• Assist with corporate audit and other financial reporting requirements as needed
• Miscellaneous Bookkeeping assignments
• Work in a multi-currency environment
• Singe function
  
  

• Bookkeeping Type 1+2
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience in the High-tech industry
• Experience with Priority ERP
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
• Attention to details and ability to work with large databases
• Good verbal and written skills in English – A must
• Well organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
