- Research and development of novel dielectric materials for use in additive manufacturing microfabrication.
- Hands-on resin formulation of novel resins for 3D DLP printing based with acrylates, epoxies, etc.
- Formulation of composite resins with various fillers and additives (application of dispersion techniques).
- Characterization of formulation and functionality (e.g. dispersion quality, curing characteristics, rheology, surface tension)
- Characterization of polymeric materials (e.g. mechanical and thermal properties)
- Close collaboration with process engineering
- Management of health and safety regulations in the laboratory
- 2nd Degree in Chemistry/ Chemistry engineer . preferably in the field of organic and/or polymer chemistry or education as a chemical lab technician with respective further training and extensive work experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of resin formulation and development (epoxy, acrylate, etc.) is a must.
- Profound knowledge of polymer chemistry and material sciences
- Basic knowledge of additive manufacturing, DLP, SLA is a plus.
- Previous experience with laboratory safety regulations is a plus.
- Very good collaborative skills in an international environment
- Friendly and competent appearance to internal and external stakeholders
- Business-fluent English skills.
