Ashstrom Group is looking for an Information Technology Technical Support

The work at the group's headquarters in the LYFE Towers, Bnei Brak, walking distance from the light rail.

What does the job include?

To serve as a technical leader for complex and challenging technical problems.

Provide hands-on technical support and troubleshooting related to hardware, software, communications and networks.

Streamlining and improving work processes, training and accompaniment of team members.

Task prioritization and the ability to work on several tasks at the same time.

What are we looking for?

* At least 3-4 years of experience in this or a similar role.

* Proven experience in diagnosing and solving technical problems.

* Technical knowledge of computer systems, networks and software.

* Relevant certifications - mandatory.

Full time Sunday-Thursday, evening on-call once a week and Friday on-call once every month and a half.
