Data Engineer

A tech company specializing in Behavioral Biometrics develops technology that analyzes unique user usage patterns using deep learning tools, identifying whether it's authentic behavior or suspicious activity. Some of the team works in a Big Data environment, performing Data modeling and ETL development.

Technological stack includes Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, Airflow, RDBMS, Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, Micro-Services, Python, and SQL. They raised over a quarter billion dollars and were recently acquired for $1.3 billion, aiming to accelerate growth and expansion in the coming years.

They employ around 300 global employees, with their R&D center based in Israel.

Located in Tel Aviv, near a train station, they offer 2 days of remote work per week.

Requirements-

• 5 years developing and operating large scale systems with high-availability

• 3+ years experience with Python or equivalent

• Experience working with cloud environments (AWS preferred) and big data technologies (Spark, Airflow, S3, Snowflake, EMR)

• Autodidact and self-motivated team player with solid communication skills who is interested in tackling the challenge of working with data at a scale
