Senior Backend Developer

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications

- Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Node.js and TypeScript

- Build and manage databases to ensure optimal performance and data integrity

- Implement best practices for coding, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software delivery

- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, both independently and in collaboration with the team

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends to continuously improve development processes

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB)

- Strong knowledge and understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns

- Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., Lambda, EC2, S3) and other cloud technologies is highly advantageous

- Front-end development knowledge, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, would be a valuable asset (not mandatory)

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

- Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

- B.Sc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
