Analysis Team Manager

Responsibilities

• Managing and leading the analysis team, and assigning them to different projects and deliveries.
• Promoting advanced technological solutions in the data worlds
• Responsibility for defining KPI's, building reports, dashboards, and measure support tools by needs
• Development of statistical models and production of business conclusions, reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Owning and improving the algorithm and data accuracy
• Utilize business analysis techniques to understand and document business processes, requirements, and objectives.
• Develop insights and recommendations based on consumer behavior analysis, market research, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements:

• At least five years of experience as Analysis Team Manager
• Experience working with big data sets and big data systems
• High analytical abilities, SQL and Excel at -high level
• Good interpersonal skills, employee retention and encourage success
• Familiarity with BI tools to build dashboards and reports for the organization
