ERP/CRM system Manager

Company Overview: Phytech is a leading Ag-Tech company dedicated to Optimizing Agricultural Decision making and Monitoring. We are seeking a skilled and experienced NetSuite/Salesforce System Administrator to join our dynamic team in Israel.

Job Description:

As a ERP/CRM  System Administrator and App Manager, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, customization, and support of our NetSuite and Salesforce platforms as well as Applications management used by the company. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement solutions that enhance our systems functionality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Administer and configure NetSuite and Salesforce systems to meet business needs.
2. Customize and develop workflows, reports, dashboards, and automation processes within NetSuite and Salesforce.
3. Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for NetSuite and Salesforce users, Including APIs between the systems.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
5. Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective utilization of NetSuite and Salesforce systems.
6. Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and best practices to continuously improve system performance and security.
7. Manage user access, roles, and permissions to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies.
8. Participate in system integration projects to ensure seamless data flow between NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business applications.
9. Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization and system enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a NetSuite and/or Salesforce Administrator.
• NetSuite Administrator or Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of ERP and CRM principles, business processes, and data management best practices.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English.
