Junior PR Associate

Overview:

A company is looking to hire a full-time Junior PR Associate. This is an opportunity to join an outstanding and growing team and work with leading, mission-driven companies and organizations.

The right candidate has native-level English language skills, is a good writer and communicator, is open to learning and developing a broad set of skills, is able to balance the priorities of several clients at once, and is a great teammate. Prior PR or communications experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities Include:

• Media list building
• Industry research
• Identifying “newsjacking” opportunities/media monitoring
• Assist with quarterly PR plan for clients
• Draft pitches and press releases
• Media outreach
• Begin building media relationships
