Description: Gova10 is looking to hire a full-time Junior PR Associate. This is an opportunity to join an outstanding and growing team and work with leading, mission-driven companies and organizations. The right candidate has native level English language skills, is a good writer and communicator, is open to learning and developing a broad set of skills, is able to balance the priorities of several clients at once and is a great teammate. Prior PR or communications experience is an advantage.
Responsibilities include:
- Media list building
- Industry research
- Identifying "newsjacking" opportunities/media monitoring
- Assist with quarterly PR plan for clients
- Draft pitches and press releases
- Media outreach
- Begin building media relationships
