Summary:

The Sr. Field Engineer requires both proven experience with technology and outstanding personal communication skills. This role also serves as second-level technical support for our Field Engineers while providing training and guidance. In addition to end-user support responsibilities, the Sr. Field Engineer will assist with procurement and project tasks as assigned.

The role requires working from out Tel Aviv office 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Tier 2 Field Engineering tickets and provide guidance on Tier 1 tickets to Field Engineers
• Assist with system/user audits and software evaluations
• Assist with Field Engineering ticket delegation
• Complete assigned project tasks; may include working with a 3rd party vendor
• Procurement responsibilities (Monitoring inventory, ordering new equipment, expenses)
• Coordinating A/V needs for meetings
• Network printer setup and configuration
• Bulk provisioning and deprovisioning of user accounts
• Complete internal employee transfer tasks
• Administration of IT systems
  
  

• 3 or more years of work experience in the Information Technology field in a support role
• Experience working in SaaS environments (G-Suite, Salesforce, etc)
• Basic knowledge of typical user connectivity issues
• Some working knowledge of Antivirus/Antispam, Security & Backup solutions is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of macOS
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced and evolving environment
• Effective time management skills
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ability to work from our Tel Aviv office 5 days a week
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or a related field a plus
• Some scripting experience is a plus
• Netowrking knowledge (Juniper)
