Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Flower Farm Production Manager located in Netiv HaAsara. As a Flower Farm Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the flower farm production. Your duties will include managing the cultivation and harvesting of flowers, monitoring and maintaining the health and quality of the plants, coordinating with suppliers and distributors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards. Additionally, you will be involved in budget planning, staff management, and implementing strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in flower farming or agricultural management
• Strong knowledge of flower cultivation techniques and plant care
• Excellent organizational and managerial skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in budget planning and resource allocation
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge in Office app.
• Knowledge in Priority Erp softwere

Relevant education or certifications in agriculture or horticulture is a plus.
