The Center for Educational Technology is looking for an Economist to join our finance team.

Responsibilities

develop and implement financial plans and budgets that align with the company's strategic objectives.

Manage the annual budget and financial forecasting process and provide monthly and quarterly reports and insightful performance analyses.

Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Preparation and control of financial reports.

Collaborate with other departments.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Accounting/Business Management.

At least 3-5 years of experience as an economist.

The ability to evaluate workload and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines.

Strong interest in and experience in developing process improvements.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Proficient in using ERP system - advantage.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently and function as a team member.

Excellent communication and creative problem-solving skills are required.

Highly organized individual.

Ability to work under pressure and on multiple tasks.
