R&D Project Manager

ElectReon's invisible wireless charging solution suits any environment and transforms any location, including public roads, into charging assets.

What will you do?

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with vast experience in R&D activities to lead our project and the connections with our partners. As a technical Project manager, you will lead the engineers that are related to the project including system engineering, you will play a proactive role in defining technical strategies and will be highly involved with major architectural and strategic decisions around the growth and evolution of our teams, technical interface with clients.

• Responsible for all R&D aspects in the project, from the kick-off stage to delivery.

• Oversee the developments process & business value delivery.

• Define system architecture.

• Managing the R&D’s Gantt & budget.

• Assistance with implementing visions of quality, agility, trust, and timely delivery.

• Working with clients, the HQ R&D and supply chain teams. In addition, subsidiaries companies in abroad - US, Germany, Sweden etc.

• Lead our technology implementation with our strategic partners: OEM, Tier1, Infrastructure companies.

Requirements

• BSc. in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 3-5 years’ experience as a development project manager in a multidisciplinary company

• Experience in managing diverse high-budget and development projects - mechanical, electronic and software components.

• Experience in leading system integration

• Understanding of requirements management and technical

• Experience in managing project schedules.

• Very high-level English

• Knowledge in the automotive world (Advantage)
