Localisation Product Manager (SAP FICO)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Localisation Product Manager with expertise in SAP FICO to join our team in Tel Aviv District, Israel. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless integration of our software solutions within local contexts, with a particular focus on Hebrew-speaking markets.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement localisation strategies for SAP FICO products, ensuring compliance with regional regulations and standards.

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify specific requirements and preferences of Hebrew-speaking users, incorporating insights into product development initiatives.

• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to execute on localisation initiatives, including translation, customization, and testing of software components.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners regarding localisation-related matters, providing guidance and support throughout the product lifecycle.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of localised products in Hebrew-speaking markets, gathering feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Fluent Hebrew speaker with excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in product management, localisation, or a related role, with a focus on SAP FICO solutions.

• Deep understanding of SAP FICO modules and functionalities, with hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support.

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform decision-making processes.

• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Previous experience working in a hybrid or remote-friendly environment is a plus.
