Position

Title: Senior UI/UX Designer

Location: Hod Hasharon - 3 days per week on site

We are looking for a passionate, talented senior UI/UX Designer to join us. In this role yo u will be responsible for an end-to-end development of new features, components and implementing new technologies. You will take part in supporting and intensifying serviceability of our product, on our mission-critical high-scale SaaS production.

Our Digital Experience Management solution provides insight into the business impact of customer and employee digital experience by capturing and storing technical telemetry at scale from employee devices, every type of business application, and cloud-native application services.

What You Will Do

• Take ownership of the UX/UI of the product, from ideation to implementation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their application design requirements and create visually appealing products that meet their needs.
• Create product prototypes and adjust designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
• Utilize design thinking to approach problems and deliver wholesome solutions.
• Collaborate with other company designers to ensure the product UX/UI, processes, guidelines, etc.
  
  

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

• Multiple years of experience as a designer working on B2B SaaS products
• Strong professional experience with Acrobat XD, HTML5 & CSS3.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Self-started and self-motivation - ability to produce results independently and as part of a team.
• A portfolio of work showcasing your design process and the final product (or: Proven experience in all phases of the design process, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, and interaction design)
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
