Implementation Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Implementation Specialist. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing the implementation process of HITO Tracer for clients. This includes working closely with clients to assess their needs, configuring the software to meet those needs, providing training and support, and ensuring smooth and successful implementation. The Implementation Specialist will also collaborate with the development team to communicate client feedback and contribute to product improvements.
