• Strong problem-solving skills, demonstrated self-learning capabilities, and adaptability to new challenges
• Proven ability to lead multi-interface processes, displaying persuasiveness, assertiveness, and effective people management
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of successful client relationships
• Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for international engagements with clients and suppliers
