Industrial Engineering Student (3rd or 4th year)

Overview:

Penguin Strategies is looking for 3RD or 4TH YEAR Industrial Engineering to join the growing RevOps team. In this role, you will dive deeply into every corner of CRM and Marketing Automation platforms such as HubSpot / Salesforce for Marketing, Sales & Service Implementations.

In this position, you will support the engineering teams with ongoing project tasks related to technical designs, process automations, client-side development, testing, and optimizations. If you succeed in this role, you have the potential to join us on a full-time basis, as soon as you graduate! 

Working hours: 2-4 days per week in our Raanana offices. Hours may increase along with your progress.

What you will do when you come to work:

• Onboarding tasks, learning new platforms, and participating in online training.
• Own and execute implementation tasks.
• Provide client support.
• Active participation in client support and design meetings. 
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget and resources for the project.
• Participate in the whole project life-cycle, including design, development, QA and deployment.
• Provide ongoing training and customer support after the implementation.
• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
• Perform in-depth analysis as well as tracking/reporting.

Qualifications:

• Industrial Engineering or Computer Science 4th year student from an accredited university or college.
• Available to work at least 2 days a week. 
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, as well as all other MS office programs – Mandatory
• Ability to analyze existing tools and databases and provide reports and recommendations.
• Strong research abilities – Mandatory
• Fluent English verbal and written – Mandatory
