International Sales Manager

With over 30 years of experience, Extal produces high-quality and innovative products that meet the unique demands of its customers. The company is headquartered in Jerusalem and occupies a large industrial park spanning 85,000 square meters. Extal exports its products to several countries, including the U.K, Germany, Belgium, Austria, and the U.S. It also has a marketing branch in Basel, Switzerland, and salespeople in the U.S., Canada, and England.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as an International Sales Manager at Extal Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for managing international sales operations and expanding the company's customer base. Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, negotiating contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. While the role is primarily based in Jerusalem, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in international sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Fluency in English and an additional language (e.g., German, French, Spanish)
• Proficiency in CRM software
• Willingness to travel internationally, as required
• Experience in the aluminum extrusion industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
