Director of product

Define and lead the vision and strategy for the platform and partner offerings, provide thought leadership in identifying critical requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal user experience and successful business solutions.

• Understand how our distribution partners operate, their sales cycle and business needs, to build the right solutions, tools, APIs and data insights for them.
• Manage our App market roadmap and continue developing an excellent developer framework to make it easy for partners to extend the platform with new apps.
• Report to the CPO and manage a team of product managers.
• Lead to continuous improvement, and agile practices by working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery.
• Work closely with UX designers, product analysts and the development group from concept to launch new products in an Agile environment.
• Define the right KPIs , align the entire team around them and make sure any initiative drives partner success.

Your knowledge and Expertise:

• 10+ years of experience in Product management, including B2B products, and at least 3 years in management positions.
• Strong preference for experience in either account management products or developer-focused products and previous experience in software development.
• Passionate about data. Previous experience with data products or big data solutions is an advantage.
• Eager to step into the AI & ChatGPT world. (Previous experience with AI is an advantage.)
• Experience with working with international B2B partners.
• Proven ability to identify market needs , concept viable solutions and build successful products.
• Strong organizational skills, project execution skills and an attention to detail.
• Motivated to engage team members at multiple levels, from high-level strategy to tactical execution.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal), experienced in presenting and influencing fellow peers and senior management.
