Company Description 

An innovative and versatile drug development company focused on novel applications of drug delivery technologies is looking for a skillful hands-on researcher. We are expanding our team and looking for a full-time, on-site position located in Rosh Ha’ain Afek industrial park.  We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated professional with a problem-solving approach to join our team.  

Role Description - R&D team member  

The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and analyzing experiments according to a defined workplan and timeline to achieve goals and reach milestones.  

The R&D team member will be involved in planning the projects and experiments and thereafter will independently execute experiments, analyze the results, troubleshoot and optimize assays.  Additional tasks will be performed as will be required for maintaining daily operation.  

Reporting to Head of R&D.  

Role Requirements  

• At least Bachelor's degree in field of sciences  
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotech laboratory research 
• Experience with operating laboratory equipment. 
• Writing skills –preparation of SOPs, protocol, and reports.  
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills 
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks 

Advantages 

• Strong advantage -experience in analytical techniques, specifically HPLC as well as others (UV-Vis, liquid extraction, particle analyser, titration methods). 
• Master's degree 
• Experience in formulations development 
• Experience in animal research 
• Familiarity with GMP and GLP regulations

• Highly motivated, goal driven, fast and self-learner. 
• Independent, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills 
• Self-learning of new techniques and procedures 
• Hands -on, technology savvy with a real start-up spirit 
• Strond social skills, good communication and team-working ability 
• Excellent English – written and verbal.
