Production Planning Control Manager

Responsibilities:

- Managing the pp&c team.

- Planning and executing weekly and daily work schedules for various departments.

- Developing a long-term work plan in alignment with the budget.

- Improving work methods and bottleneck resolution.

- Managing inventory, both blocked and slow-moving.

- Addressing supply chain requirements while considering materials, machinery, production capabilities, manpower, seasonality, and more.

- Integrating with the planning department on supply-related issues for logistic centers.

- Performance control compared to planning in areas such as procurement, production, inventory, transportation, including generating insights and corrective actions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management/Logistics/Economics.

- Minimum of two years of experience in pp&c or production management/operations in a process manufacturing facility.

- experience in team management is a significant advantage.

- Familiarity with excellence processes in pp&c is a plus.

- Extensive experience working with BI software and Excel.
