Cloud Team-Leader

KPMG is currently seeking a skilled, motivated and experienced Cloud Team-Leader to empower KPMG’s capabilities and solutions in the cloud area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cloud consulting practice including P&L management
• Lead a team of consultants and architects specializing in cloud
• Work with KPMG’s top enterprise, corporate and startups clients
• Responsible to grow the team, create engagements with new customers, grow existing customers
• Professional support in sales processes leading technical selling of the services and solutions, clearly articulating the problem statement, our approach, the service itself, and value to client
• Adding new services, capabilities and solutions in the cloud field
• Assist clients In driving innovation within the organization using cloud
• Responsible for Digital transformation process including Landing Zone concepts, architecture, design and implementation of scalable and efficient cloud solutions
• Collaborate with key partners to accelerate our clients’ growth
• Characterization of requirements, assistance in the tender process and in the selection of suppliers and tools
• Lead Clients from concept to understanding how to execute including execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional customer’s teams to identify data requirements and design solutions that meet the needs
• Design and implement IAC (infra as code) and PAC (policy as code) platforms
• Design and implement modern cloud based applications and workloads
• Educate and collaborate with client’s technical and management teams (CIOs, CTOs, Architects, DevOps, Security team, etc.)
  
  

• Proven experience in team management (two years or more)
• Experience in managing key clients and projects in the cloud field (three years or more)
• Work with large organizations
• Understands technology well in business context
• In depth knowledge in all 3 leading public clouds: Azure, AWS, GCP
• Significant professional technical knowledge in the establishment, operation and maintenance of cloud environments
• Significant technical knowledge and experience in architecture, management, consultancy, implementation and guidance on cloud environments
• Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS and modern application development frameworks and platforms
• Familiar with, understands, and maintains knowledge with cloud transformation methodologies, cloud optimization and operations frameworks and tools and cloud platforms capabilities
• Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot cloud services, including hybrid models, VMs, storage, and networking and security
• AWS / Azure / GCP Cloud certifications
• Knowledge and experience in development processes, testing, CI\CD - an advantage
• Knowledge and experience in programming languages - an advantage
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders of all levels
• Client facing, manages client interactions, expectations, deliverables
