Role Description
The Plant Manager will be responsible for overseeing plant operations and managing production planning to ensure efficient manufacturing operations. They will play a crucial role in optimizing plant performance and driving continuous improvement in production processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field-must
- At least 5 years Expirence as a plant manger-must
- Expertise in Production Planning and optimization-must
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
