Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Team Lead at PEAK-HR AS SERVICE. As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing 5-8 team members. This includes prioritizing the hiring process, conducting technical recruiting, and providing team mentoring to ensure successful talent acquisition for our clients. The role will be based in Raanana.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years proven experience in Technical Recruiting.
• Proven experience in Tech Sourcing specially R&D roles
• Experience in team management and team leadership - an Advantage
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in the tech industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
