Onboarding and Operations Manager

Ventures X is a premium corporate services provider specializing in fintech and high-risk industries - Forex, Gaming, Casino, Cryptocurrencies, and more.

We are looking for a driven experienced onboarding and operations manager for a full-time position to assist with the growth of our company side by side with our sales team, a person who is excited about working with the most up to date solutions in the market and who thrive in an environment that supports excellence and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-boarding management for clients in various platforms and providers - Banks and payments systems.

• Request and verify KYC/KYB/EDD documentation and review documents obtained Ensuring KYC/KYB requirements are fulfilled as part of the onboarding process.

• Act as a point of contact for the client for any onboarding-related query.

• Follow company procedures and report any issues or potential risks.

• Maintain an effective control framework across all teams/departments and providers.

• CRM management, acts as the company point of contact for CRM-related queries and management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years’ experience as an onboarding or payment manager or in a compliance environment.

• Understanding of regulated industry KYC and KYB methodologies.

• An analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills.

• Excellent communicator and natural positive attitude.

• Compliance courses and training in the financial industry - Advantage.

• Experience in financial services or payments industry - Advantage.

• High-level English - Must.
