Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join the team at a leading hyper-casual gaming company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and/or research.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional problem-solving abilities, a keen aptitude for learning new technologies quickly, and the ability to work autonomously while understanding product requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.

• Conduct research and analysis to drive innovation and improvement in game development processes.

• Utilize a diverse set of programming languages and tools to create efficient and scalable code.

• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance and functionality.

• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continually enhance skills and contribute to the company's competitive edge.

• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet or exceed expectations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 4+ years of experience in software development and/or research.

• Proficiency in Java / C# / Python / Kotlin / JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Android development is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Passion for gaming and a desire to contribute to the success of hyper-casual games
