Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Managing monthly payroll process to multiple clients.
• Ensuring and controlling that all requested employment forms are filled and managed according to local laws and legislations.
• Giving professional support regarding salary and employment rules to the clients.
• manage the payroll system and employee data base.
• Handling onboarding and terminations

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience is required.
• Professional diploma or course in payroll and rewards
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines timely and accurately.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
• English at an advanced level.
