Responsibilities:

As the Head of Supply Chain, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the supply chain strategy to drive the company's overall business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing Strategy: Formulate and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy that is closely aligned with the company's overarching goals and objectives.
• Procurement and Sourcing: Lead the procurement and sourcing process for electronic and mechanical components, ensuring the acquisition of top-quality materials at competitive prices.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key suppliers, fostering strong partnerships aimed at driving continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manufacturing Operations: Oversee both in-house manufacturing operations and collaborate effectively with subcontractors to ensure efficient and high-quality production processes.
• Inventory Management: Implement and maintain robust inventory management practices to optimize stock levels, minimize carrying costs, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Logistics and Distribution: Develop and manage logistics and distribution processes to facilitate timely and cost-effective delivery of products to customers on a global scale.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of supply chain professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and individual growth.
• Data Analysis and Improvement: Utilize supply chain data analytics to identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and mitigating risks within the supply chain ecosystem.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience within a complex, multidisciplinary supply chain environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing both in-house and subcontracted manufacturing operations.
• Profound understanding of procurement, sourcing, inventory management, and logistics principles and best practices.
• Proven track record in managing global supply chains and navigating international trade regulations.
• Exceptional analytical prowess and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
