About the Role:

We are seeking a new CTO to join our team and be responsible for all technological aspects of the company. The role includes:

• Managing the engineering team and technology roadmap
• Managing the development of high-traffic SaaS-based payment solution
• Ensuring the solution can scale up significantly
• Ensuring the company's information security and compliance with international standards
• Closely collaborating with sales, marketing, and support teams and project management

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a CTO in a technology company
• 10+ years of hands-on development experience
• Deep understanding of modern Web, microservices, cloud technologies, electronic payments, and information security technologies
• Significant experience developing SaaS-based solutions
• Excellent leadership skills and the ability to grow and mentor an engineering team
• Experience in managing a group of 20+ engineers and team leaders
• Experience in defining work methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with the following technologies: Node.js, Go, Kotlin, Vue
