Operation PMO

Gett is a Ground Transportation Solution with the mission to organise all the best mobility providers in one global platform. It’s a $100bn market involving Drivers, Riders Suppliers and Businesses.

We are currently looking for PMO to join our operation.

Key responsibilities:

• The PMO will be responsible for the central planning and execution, release, and adoption of business projects.
• Serving as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Leading cross-functional and cross-organizational projects and initiatives to support the business goals.
• Working closely with the CEO and taking an active part in the management leadership; constantly shape and improve our way of work to support the domain and company business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritise projects based on organisational goals and resource availability
• Coordinate and facilitate project reviews, audits, and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Manage project documentation and knowledge repositories, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO to enhance project delivery capabilities and efficiency.
  
  

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in PMO
• Fluent in Hebrew and English both written and verbal
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Decision making, task prioritisation, and on-time delivery capabilities
• Lead without authority skills
• Independent, thinks outside the box, presentable, excellent interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
