Quality Assurance Team Lead

We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Team Lead to lead our QA team and activities. The quality assurance team responsibilities include developing and implementing quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process, or product issues, and presenting solutions. To be successful as a Quality Assurance Team Lead you should be incredibly thorough and able to help our company maintain the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Led and mentored a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy aligned with the R&D Division overall goals and vision.
• Design, implement, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test automation to thoroughly validate the functionality, performance, and security of our products.
• Drive the implementation and expansion of test automation frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.
• Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas.
• Troubleshooting and finalizing system procedures.
• Identifying quality issues and creating test reports.
• Tracking software bugs and investigating the causes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as QA Team lead-MUST!
• 5+ years of experience with testing applications using a structured testing methodology
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JSON.
• Strong knowledge of Backend and API testing.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• A “can do” attitude with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fast learner with an ability to pick up new ideas and approaches quickly.
• Team player and ready to collaborate with others.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Experience with automated functional testing tools.
