Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our team. You will oversee our business application initiatives, particularly in areas relating to CRM and ERP systems, with a primary focus on Salesforce.

You will be reporting directly to the COO and play a pivotal role in driving project management, system implementations, and process improvements to support business growth and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Salesforce Administration: Lead and manage the Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and customization to meet business needs. Oversee the implementation of Salesforce upgrades and integrations.
• Reporting and Analysis: Develop and maintain detailed reports and dashboards within Salesforce to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions.
• System Management and Optimization: Implement and upgrade CRM and ERP systems, ensuring alignment with business strategies and user requirements.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with Customer support, sales, customer success, and finance to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce strategies and solutions.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve business processes to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and utility of data across the organization.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with CRM and ERP implementations, developing robust mitigation strategies.
• Team Leadership: Manage a team of Salesforce admins remotely.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in business operations management, with extensive experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator) highly preferred.
• Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Salesforce, including configuration, customization, and integration. Proficient in other CRM platforms and ERP systems.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a proven track record of implementing practical business solutions.
• Project Management: Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional projects and teams.
• Communication: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with diverse teams.
