Litigation legal counsel

Position: Senior Attorney specializing in Civil and Commercial Litigation

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Attorney with a minimum of 4 years of experience in civil and commercial litigation to join our leading law firm in Tel Aviv.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload encompassing civil and commercial litigation matters.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to provide sound legal advice and strategies.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, briefs, and appeals.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide tailored legal solutions.
• Assist in negotiations and settlements to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.
• Mentor junior associates and provide guidance on legal matters and case strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; Master's degree or equivalent is a plus.
• Admission to the Israeli Bar Association.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience practicing civil and commercial litigation in a reputable law firm.
• Proven track record of handling complex litigation cases from inception to resolution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in both Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
