Junior System Administrator

As a Junior Systems Administrator, you will play a crucial role as the first line of support for all helpdesk requests. You'll be an integral part of a team that supports our clients' remote offices and employees worldwide, both onsite and offsite. Our clients rely on us for a spectrum of IT services, ranging from applications and infrastructure to managing state-of-the-art compute and storage systems in the datacenter.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING

• 3 years of proven experience as a Windows system administrator and troubleshooter

At least 2 years with:

• MacOS X
• Office365 administration
• Powershell
• Cloud management: Azure, AzureAD, Intune
• Networking protocols, TCP/IP
• Google Workspace (Google Suite)
• Experience with networking/ security (network security, firewalls, EDR, AV etc)

At least 1 year with:

• Fortigate
• Active Directory
• Linux

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Install and configure software and hardware
• Manage servers and technology tools
• Manage user accounts, access permissions and workstations
• Provide day-to-day services via Helpdesk
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls
• Upgrade systems with new releases and models
• Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
• Improve Linux skills and provide 1st tier Linux support
