Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Megadim for a Production Manager for a Medical Cannabis Farm. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cannabis cultivation, including planting, growing, and harvesting. You will be responsible for managing daily operations to ensure productivity and quality standards are met, identifying areas for process improvement, and leading a team to achieve common goals. Additionally, the Prodaction Manager will be responsible for tracking and analyzing performance metrics to optimize workflow, creating and implementing training programs for personnel development, and conducting regular performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a management role, with a focus on team leadership, process improvement, and performance management
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities concurrently
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve common goals
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions with a strong attention to detail
• Experience within the logistics or agriculture industry is a plus
