Senior Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join our team!

Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial and commercial due diligence and assist with legal due diligence activities. 

- Assume responsibility for annual strategy planning and execution, including allocation of funds, establishment of investment thesis, and development plan for AUM growth.

- Manage a multi-asset portfolio, including real estate, venture, public securities, bonds, direct private equity investments, funds, etc.

- Supervise and coordinate legal and tax structuring processes, including oversight of outsourced legal and tax advisors, alongside firm's CFO.

- Provide assistance to underlying companies with M&A and corporate finance activities, as well as operational, commercial, and marketing matters.

- Develop and implement investment strategies.

- Establish and maintain relationships with partners, investment bankers, brokers, managers, lawyers, financial advisors, and other "deal makers" both in Israel and abroad.

- Research and analyze financial markets and investment opportunities.

- Assess and manage risk. 

Requirements:

- CPA 

- 4-7 years of experience in investment activities 

- Business proficiency in both English and Hebrew

- Excellent communication skills 

- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure 

- Good interpersonal skills and excellent team player

- Very strong Microsoft Excel skills
