Responsibilities
- User support, troubleshooting and ensuring proper operation of the system.
- System maintenance and optimization
- Management of environments, distribution and upgrades
- Continuous evaluation and improvement of internal processes related to the use and management of Salesforce
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in the world of Salesforce - a must.
- At least one year of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a medium/large organization - mandatory
- Salesforce admin certification - an advantage
