Responsibilities

User support, troubleshooting and ensuring proper operation of the system.
System maintenance and optimization
Management of environments, distribution and upgrades
Continuous evaluation and improvement of internal processes related to the use and management of Salesforce

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in the world of Salesforce - a must.
At least one year of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a medium/large organization - mandatory
Salesforce admin certification - an advantage
