Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer. The Corporate Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel to companies in establishing and broadening their activities in new global forums. The day-to-day tasks of the Corporate Lawyer include registering and establishing companies around the world, providing legal advice for banking services and registring Yachts and offering ongoing counsel for overseas business activities.

• nowledge of corporate law, international business law, and regulations
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and ability to provide meticulous legal counsel
• Fluency in English and Hebrew
• Experience in working with international clients and businesses
• Law degree from an accredited law school
