PMO and R&D Operations

We are looking for a talented and motivated PMO and R&D Operations in a biotech company with a high degree of independence and proficiency to join our dynamic team.

Key responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Coordinate timely execution of multiple simultaneous projects, overlooking timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and proactively addressing potential bottlenecks or administrative challenges.
• Setting up the project’s roadmap, managing scope, backlog, and timeline, and tracking key milestones.
• Synchronize cross-functional R&D teams (Scientists, Chemists, Data analysts, and others) to ensure the successful delivery of complex projects within the time frame, budget, and desired quality.
• Assist with the management of daily operations, including support in CRO interactions: legal documents, global shipping, regulation, and invoice handling.
• Develop dashboards, risk management tools, and other reports to provide visibility to management and external stakeholders.
• Lead implementation of improvement processes and practices and help teams implement changes effectively by Identifying opportunities to drive faster execution through better processes and tools.

Education, experience, and other requirements:

• 1-2 years of Project Management or Operations Management experience in Biotech
• Academic degree -must (In Biology– an advantage )
• English – proficient in writing and speaking.
• Computer skills: Office, timeline management platform - MS projects or other relevant project management platforms (Smartsheet– an advantage)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across different levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
