Job description

Comda is currently hiring a VP Sales to lead our Sales team, tele sales team and large accounts sales – both enterprise team and SMB team, with the purpose of the company’s strategic goals.

As the VP sales, it will be your duty to oversee the sales team and ensure the proper functioning of the department as well as that the department meets goals in accordance with our timelines. You must also have a level-head and good communication skills, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT sales- a MUST

• Familiarity with the IT field and with large customers- a MUST

• Prior experience as a software salesman- a MUST

• A proven ability to lead high performing and experienced sales team- a MUST

• B.A in a related field- a MUST

• Prior experience to promote and sell complex projects involving software products and development

• Experience with building an annual sales plan

• Ability to study the company’s software products

• Familiarity of the international market- an advantage
