Finance Manager

We are currently seeking our next Finance Manager to join the team in Israel! Being a small company with a family atmosphere we are the place to grow and develop yourself professionally.

A Software Sources Finance Manager oversees and manages all financial aspects of our company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting of all financial aspects of the company. The Financial Manager will collaborate with various departments to develop budgets, track expenses, and provide insights to support decision-making.

Major Responsibilities

·      Oversee day-to-day financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

·      Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, and balance sheets, to provide insights into the company's financial performance.

·      Collaborate closely with the leadership team to develop financial strategies and identify areas for improvement.

·      Serve as the primary point of contact for the company's CPA firm, facilitating the completion of audits, tax filings, and other financial matters.

·      Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.

Requirements

·      Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.

·      Must possess a valid CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license.

·      At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a financial management role.

·      Fluent in English and Hebrew.

·      Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.

·      Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
