We are hiring an Executive Assistant role

Who are we? First Intro - a company focused on entry to market and business development in the UAE, mainly Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Scope - part-time position, flexible hours.

Location - Jerusalem City Center.

Responsibilities - The ideal candidate for this position will assist in the office's daily routine, arranging meetings and C-level diaries, office management and admin, liaising with business partners and clients, assisting with project management, and social media.

Requirements - The ideal candidate will have business development and market analysis skills. Excellent communication etiquette, EQ, and ability to work under pressure. Self-responsibility, self-starter, and representing ability.

Knowledge and good working command of MS-office suite including PPT and other slide deck programs.

Knowledge and good command of social media applications.

Availability for some overseas travel.

Fluent English - Fluency in other languages is a good selling point.
