Staff Accountant

POSITION: Staff Accountant

Full Time

Location: Israel- Kfar Saba, Hybrid

Reporting to Financial Controller

Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable

Responsible for the accounts receivable division

· Posting of daily banking receipts from customers

· Manage customer database

· Issue of billing documents

· Manage debt collection and associated procedures

· Cash forecast Vs actual reporting

· Contribute towards internal procedures

· Follow up with customers to ensure correct allocation of receipts

· Investigating and resolving any issues or irregularities

Accounts Payable

Assist with all aspects of the account payable division as required

• Posting invoices onto accounting software, verification to purchase orders
• Issuing statements
• Assist with managing suppliers within database
• Help with contact between entity and suppliers, internal departments etc.
• Performing supplier account reconciliations

Requirements

· Experience with SAP

· Relevant bookkeeping qualification

· Minimum of 4 years post qualification experience

· Ability to work in a fast paced environment

· Quick leaner

· Attention to detail

· Ability to work with various departments in differing locations

· Well organized
