Your mission:

We are seeking a dynamic Engineer to join our team at Ralco Energy, playing a critical role in advancing our storage renewable energy solutions. As a Solution manager, you will stand at the forefront of our sales and service operations, working closely with different clients and engaging with the most advanced energy storage technologies in the industry.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have a background as a practical Electrical Engineer or Electrical Engineer with a valid electrical license and a comprehensive understanding of AC/DC, Low/Medium/High Voltage systems, and expertise in electrical conduits. Proficiency in both Hebrew and English languages is required. Experience with Battery Storage solutions is highly beneficial, and a valid driving license is essential due to frequent travel requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

•        The main focal point for every technical related issue -Maintain technical discussion with clients during and after meetings, highlight our technology advantages from the technical aspect.

•        Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements and construct full technical proposals.

•        Work closely with our equipment manufacturers to come up with the right technical solution to customers’ technical challenges.

•        Serve as first focal point for customers for any technical related service issue including repair, maintenance, testing tasks, upgrades, safety etc.

•        Monitor and coordinate the work between our service partners and the clients.

•        Take part in commissioning and site acceptance services for storage energy solutions.

•        Maintain the storage division technical database- including datasheets, manuals, reports etc.

Your profile:

• Education as a practical Electrical Engineer or Electrical Engineer, with a robust understanding of AC/DC, Low/Medium/High Voltage systems, and a valid electrical license - a must (3x250A or higher).

• Excellent human relations and communication skills.

• Strong team player with a proven track record of working effectively within a team.

• Proficiency in English language is a must.

• Willingness to work on-call duty, also on weekends if necessary.

• Experience with Solar energy or  Battery Storage solutions is an advantage.

• Proven experience in handling customers in critical situations.

 • Out-of-the-box thinker, curious to learn and solve problems.

• Possession of a valid driving license.
