Position Overview: Tagado is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP of Product to join our management team during this pivotal seed stage as we prepare for our Series A round. This strategic position will be critical in shaping our product vision and roadmap, driving innovation, and delivering value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building products from inception to market in the B2B technology startup ecosystem. The candidate should bring extensive experience in strategic processes, product management, senior leadership roles, and a passion for entrepreneurship and driving growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
• Drive product innovation and differentiation, leveraging AI and ML technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Sales, Product Marketing, and Marketing to ensure product success.
• Define, shape, challenge, and prioritize product features based on market research, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Establish and monitor key product metrics to track performance and drive scaling and continuous improvement.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying product enhancements and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, focusing on B2B technology startups.
• Proven track record of successfully bringing products from concept to launch, ideally in AI or data intelligence domains.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, product roadmap development, and execution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
