VMware Driver Verification Student

NVIDIA is seeking for an outstanding Software Student who’s passionate about Networking and Virtualization to join the VMware Driver Verification team. Our team is working hand with VMware Driver developers to define and verify the next-generation network technologies of the data center. This position offers a great opportunity to acquire wide and deep knowledge of the newest company’s technologies. What You’ll Be Doing

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of verification tests to assess the functionality of customer features
• Build and continuously reform verification infrastructure and methodologies to meet the demands of next-generation networking cards
• Collaborate with design engineers to debug tests, ensuring the delivery of high-quality functionality
• Analyze coverage measures to pinpoint verification gaps and demonstrate progress in product development and releases
  
  

What We Need To See

• B.Sc student in Computer Science or Computer Engineering
• Detail-oriented and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
• Have strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills with attention to details
• Strong programming skills in Python, C/C++
• Ability to work independently with other teams, excellent communication skills, self-motivated and well-organized
• Remaining studies of at least two full semesters
• An official and updated grade sheet (in Word or PDF format, includes the GPA)
  
  

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

• Experience in ESXi/Linux kernel drivers
• Knowledge of Networking and protocols
• Prior experience in operating systems
• Familiarity with Smart NICs, Storage and Virtualization
